ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking a personable, high-energy, detail-oriented Client Success Manager to join our team. This dynamic hybrid role will require a blend of client communication & operational oversight to ensure the smooth functioning of their fast-growing real estate media business. The ideal candidate will excel in written & verbal communication, internal project management, and client relations, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for helping a business run smoothly.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all client communications via
- Make daily customer care calls in order to check in with and ensure clients’ satisfaction.
- Schedule photo/video shoots and manage calendars across multiple markets.
- Assist clients with service questions and light technical support, as necessary.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure product and service excellence.
- Collaborate across teams to align on client projects and operational goals.
- Provide insights and consultations on service upgrades and packages to enhance client value.
- Maintain the organization’s CRM to ensure the accuracy of client data, while offering suggestions for improvement.
- Contribute to a positive team culture through engagement, professional development, and retention initiatives.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- You have 1-2 years of experience in an operations and/or administrative role within fast-paced service industries.
- You are proficient in utilizing and maintaining CRM tools & project management software.
- You are professional and showcase etiquette, a positive attitude, and excellent customer service skills.
- You are great with clients and understand the importance of relationship building.
- You are analytical and possess strong creative, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills.
- You can function under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- You are detail obsessive and understand the importance of attention to detail.
- You take feedback well and constantly look for ways to improve your craft and the craft of the team at large.
