Job Title: Client Success Manager (CSM) + Operations Specialist

About the Role

Gr8t Digital is a performance driven real estate marketing agency helping realtors, brokerages, and investors across the US and Canada generate qualified leads and booked appointments using Meta ads, automation, and GoHighLevel.

We are hiring a Client Success Manager + Operations Specialist who can manage client delivery end to end, keep accounts organized, and lead a remote team to execute at a high standard.

This is not a basic support role. You will be a key operator inside the business, owning client outcomes, internal follow-through, and team performance.

What You’ll Do

- Own client success across multiple real estate accounts

- Lead weekly client communication, updates, and performance reviews

- Coordinate the delivery team (media buyers, ISA, creatives, admins) to ensure tasks are completed on time

- Understand Meta Ads performance and help guide optimization priorities

- Work inside GoHighLevel to track pipelines, appointments, follow-up systems, and reporting

- Monitor KPIs like CPL, lead quality, booking rate, show rate, and follow-up speed

- Improve internal systems, workflows, and accountability across the team

- Handle escalations, protect client relationships, and keep clients confident and retained

What We’re Looking For:

- Fluent English (spoken and written)

- Proven CSM experience (agency experience preferred)

- Strong understanding of Facebook ads and what drives lead quality and conversion

- Strong working knowledge of GoHighLevel (pipelines, workflows, conversations, calendars, reporting)

- Experience leading and managing a team, holding people accountable, and keeping execution tight

- Organized, proactive, and confident communicating with clients

- Calm under pressure, solutions focused, and able to run operations without hand-holding

- Camera and Setup Requirement

This role requires frequent communication and leadership presence. You must have:

- A good quality camera

- A clean, professional camera setup (lighting, audio, stable internet)

- Confidence speaking on video for client calls and internal team communication
