JOB OVERVIEW

Im looking for a talented client success manager for my marketing agency.

We are a marketing agency that works with construction businesses and design centers.

We do everything for the client, we record their ads in person in their showroom, edit the ads and content in house, and launch the ads on facebook.

Looking for someone who has a good accent and is competent learning on their own.

This isn’t a roll where we hold your hand the entire time.

We’re looking for an A player who can helps us grow the business through exceptional client success.

We use gohighlevel as our crm so should be extremely well versed in that.

You would be managing client onboarding which included getting connected to their meta accounts.

In charge of managing in-person video shoots, so hiring the actors for it and videographers.

And in charge of day to day client communication.
