Client Success Manager (Remote – Full Time | $1,200/month USD)
We are a fast-growing international marketing agency working with fitness and martial arts businesses around the world.
We are looking for a high-level Client Success Manager from the Philippines who can take ownership of client relationships, drive retention, and ensure an exceptional client experience.
This is not an entry-level role — we are looking for someone experienced, proactive, and highly reliable.

Your Role
As our Client Success Manager, you will:
• Manage and nurture client relationships daily
• Ensure clients are satisfied, retained, and growing
• Proactively identify issues before they become problems
• Communicate clearly via
• Coordinate internally with our team to deliver results
• Take ownership of client accounts (not wait to be told what to do)
• Follow up consistently and professionally
• Help improve systems and processes over time

Requirements (MUST HAVE)
• 5+ years experience in Customer Service, Client Success, or Account Management
• Excellent spoken and written English (advanced level)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently without constant supervision
• Proactive mindset — you solve problems before being asked
• Comfortable being responsible for multiple clients at once
• Stable internet connection and professional remote setup
