What You'll Be Doing
You'll own the client relationship from day one. This isn't an account management role where you send weekly update emails and call it a day. You'll be the person standing between us and lost revenue — and you'll know it.

Onboarding new clients and setting clear expectations from day one
Running regular check-in calls and holding clients accountable to the process
Managing a book of 15–20 accounts initially, growing as systems scale
Monitoring client performance inside GoHighLevel and flagging issues before they become problems
Building and refining SOPs to keep delivery consistent across all accounts
Working closely with our operations and automations team to improve delivery
Identifying upsell opportunities and passing them through to the sales team
Identifying process improvements to reduce manual work across the board

You'll be measured on:

Monthly client churn kept below 5%
Fortnightly check-in cadence maintained across every account
Client satisfaction and responsiveness
Upsell opportunities identified and flagged monthly


What We're Looking For

Excellent written and verbal communication — perfect English is non-negotiable
Quick to respond and proactive by nature
Obsessed with solving problems — you don't rest until something is fixed
Genuinely energised by big challenges and comfortable working at pace
A real interest in AI and automation — you should be excited about making your role more efficient as we scale, not resistant to it
Comfortable building and following SOPs to keep delivery tight as we grow
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Hungry, driven, and someone who owns their numbers

Compensation and Growth
Base: $2,000/month
Performance bonus: Up to $500/month based on churn rate and upsell targets
Growth path: Clear trajectory to $3,000+/month within 6 months for the right person
Your role should pay for itself. If you keep clients retained and growing, we'll make sure you're rewarded for it. The people who come in early and perform will grow with the company.

This Role is NOT For You If:

You need hand-holding or constant direction
You treat problems as someone else's responsibility
You're looking for a quiet, predictable nine-to-five
You see "client success" as just sending friendly emails
You're not genuinely excited by AI and what it means for the future of this industry
