We’re hiring a proactive, highly organised Client Success Manager to oversee client experience, community engagement, CRM control, and deal coordination across three growing businesses.
This role is ideal for someone who is:
- Friendly and confident with clients
- Extremely organised

- Comfortable managing multiple moving parts
You’ll be responsible for making sure clients feel supported, systems stay clean, and deals keep progressing.
This is a long-term opportunity with real growth potential into a senior operations role.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
1) Community Management & Growth
- Manage and engage a private client community
- Encourage discussion and participation
- Share weekly performance reports
- Position relevant products/services naturally when appropriate
- Maintain a strong retention culture
You will play a direct role in community-driven revenue growth.
2) Lead Generation Client Success (15 Active Clients)
- Onboard new clients smoothly
- Ensure expectations are clear
- Confirm leads are being handled properly
- Keep client CRMs organised and updated
- Ensure clients have scripts and materials needed
- Act as the main bridge between clients and internal team
We also have 100+ light clients, but these require minimal management.
3) Deal & Operations Coordination (M&A + Internal CRM)
- Manage deal-related
- Route communication to the correct person
- Follow up to ensure actions are completed
- Keep internal CRM accurate and organised
- Ensure required documents are prepared for signings
- Help keep acquisition deals moving by coordinating between lawyers, accountants, sellers and buyers
Deals vary in complexity, so attention to detail and consistency are critical.
Salary & Bonus Structure
Base Salary
$1,800 – $2,300 per month (Full-Time, 40 Hours/Week)
Higher offers possible for exceptional candidates.
Performance Bonuses
You will have the opportunity to earn additional monthly and quarterly bonuses:
Community Upsell Bonus
2–5% of revenue generated from community-driven upgrades
or fixed bonus per conversion
Client Retention Bonus
Quarterly bonus if retention targets are maintained (90%+)
Lead Response Speed Bonus
Monthly bonus if response time KPIs are met (95%+ within agreed SLA)
M&A Deal Milestone Bonus
Bonus paid per completed deal or key deal milestones reached
Total compensation potential: $2,700–$3,400+ per month for strong performance.
Requirements:
- Excellent written English
- Strong organisational skills
- CRM experience (GoHighLevel, HubSpot or similar)
- Experience in client success, operations, or account management
- Comfortable communicating with business owners
- Able to manage 40 hours per week
Bonus if you have:
