Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Success Manager to join our dynamic backend delivery team. As a CSM, you will be responsible for talking to clients, building relationships, and onboarding new clients . Your role will be instrumental in driving the success ensuring the growth of our business.

Responsibilities:
Check in calls with clients
Managing tea
Reach agreed upon KPI targets by the deadline
Onboard new clients into service
Set follow-up appointments to keep clients aware of latest developments
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Fluent in English ( zero to no accent )
Familiarity with CRM platforms
Ability to build rapport with prospects
Strong sales skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
