Job Title: Client Success & Integration Manager
Location: Remote (Work-from-home)
Work Hours: Full-time, must be available during U.S. Pacific Time hours

About Us:
We are a U.S.-based accounting and tax firm that is expanding through the acquisition of other accounting practices. Each acquisition brings new clients and processes that must be transitioned into our firm. We are looking for someone who can support both sides of our growth: (1) customer service and onboarding for newly acquired clients, and (2) M&A support, deal coordination, and integration management.
This role combines client communication, organization, and analytical support. You will be the first point of contact for clients joining us through acquisitions and will help our leadership team evaluate and integrate new firms.
Role Overview:
Your primary responsibility is to provide an excellent onboarding and client experience for new clients joining us through acquisitions. You will help them understand who we are, what to expect, what we need from them, and how to get started with our services.
You will also support our M&A activities by helping identify potential firms to acquire, gathering information from sellers, coordinating due diligence tasks, preparing summaries, and ensuring smooth integration once a deal closes.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Success & Onboarding
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients joining us through an acquisition
- Welcome clients, explain next steps, and guide them through onboarding
- Send instructions, follow up for required documents, and answer questions
- Clearly explain our services, processes, and communication methods

- Track onboarding progress and ensure no client is left behind
M&A Support
- Assist in identifying accounting firms that may be good acquisition targets
- Reach out to firm owners and track conversations and responses
- Collect financial statements, client lists, pricing information, and other data
- Summarize information for internal review
- Help compare seller information to our service offerings and pricing
- Prepare checklists, notes, and materials related to due diligence
- Track timelines and tasks from initial outreach through closing
Integration Management
- Maintain onboarding checklists and transition plans
- Assist in organizing and migrating client information into our systems
- Prepare communication templates, FAQs, and client orientation materials
- Support new clients as they adopt our processes
- Help monitor post-acquisition satisfaction and escalate issues when needed
Qualifications:
Required
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong customer service or client success experience
- Confident speaking with business owners and professionals
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines
- Familiar with online tools and adaptable to learning new systems
Preferred
- Experience in accounting, finance, or professional services
- Experience with client onboarding, project coordination, or M&A support
- Familiarity with CRMs, Google Workspace, and similar systems
