**???? CLIENT SUCCESS COORDINATOR (Independent Contractor – As Needed)
Remote – Philippines | Flexible Hours | $6–$8/hr**
We are a fast-growing U.S. recruiting company looking for a sharp, fluent-English Client Success Coordinator to help manage client communication and scheduling on an as-needed basis. This is NOT a full-time job, and hours will depend on how many client accounts we have active at any given time. Averaging 20+ hours/ week.

? What You’ll Do (Only When a Client Is Active)
• Handle messages, updates, and communication between us and our clients
• Manage scheduling of candidate interviews
• Send reminders and confirmations to candidates
• Update CRM/boards (Zoho,
• Weekly follow up calls on client feedback
• Keep clients informed and calm
• Make sure communication is fast and professional
• Represent the CEO with confidence and clarity
Your main job:
Protect the CEO’s time by taking over all client-facing communication.

Work volume changes based on how many clients we’re servicing.
• You might work more hours during busy periods
• You might work fewer hours during slow periods
• You get paid only for the hours you actively work
• No guaranteed weekly minimum
• Must be comfortable with flexible workloads
This is ideal for someone who already has another remote job and wants extra income with predictable tasks but flexible hours.

You must have:
• Excellent English speaking and writing (near-native clarity)
• Strong organizational skills
• Professional communication style
• Experience dealing with clients or customer support
• A calm, confident, mature demeanor
• Ability to respond to messages during your shift within 1–2 hours
• Tech-savvy (Google Meet, calendars, CRMs, etc.)
• Reliable internet + backup plan
• Ability to work U.S. daytime hours when needed
