About the Role
We’re looking for a Client Success Coordinator to act as the communication bridge between our clients and internal team. You’ll be responsible for managing client inboxes, ensuring timely responses, tracking deliverables, and maintaining an excellent client experience.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, communicative, and detail-oriented — someone who loves ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks and clients always feel supported.
Responsibilities
Monitor and manage client
Ensure client inquiries are responded to promptly and accurately
Coordinate with internal tea
Track client requests and follow up until resolution
Maintain CRM records and project management tasks to reflect client status
Anticipate client needs and proactively communicate updates
Support the client onboarding process to ensure a smooth start-to-finish experience
Identify opportunities to improve communication flow and client satisfaction
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in client service, operations, or account coordination (preferably in a financial, professional services, or tech environment)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong follow-up and attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple client relationships simultaneously
Experience using tools like HubSpot, Slack, or project management software is a plus
