We’re looking for a a Client Success Coordinator. This is a key support role designed to enhance client relationships and operational efficiency. Based offshore in the Philippines, the CSC will work alongside the UK-based team to ensure seamless communication with clients, manage essential administrative processes, and assist accountants and bookkeepers in delivering high-quality, timely service.
Job Responsibilities:
Professionally and promptly respond to client queries via
Follow up with clients for required documents, signatures, and authorisation codes to avoid delays.
Maintain accurate documentation of all client communications.
Update and maintain client records in Xero, TaxCalc, and internal trackers.
Ensure all client information is accurate and up-to-date to support the accounting team's workflow.
Raise monthly invoices and track payments, escalating any outstanding amounts to the relevant tea
Manage the onboarding of new clients and the offboarding of departing clients, ensuring all processes are completed efficiently and professionally.
Assist the team in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
Support the daily administrative needs of the team, ensuring operational tasks are completed as scheduled.
Work closely with accountants and bookkeepers to assist in completing client work efficiently.
Provide proactive administrative support to help remove bottlenecks and improve service delivery.
Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Clear, professional tone in client interactions.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work
Proficient in Xero, Google Workspace.
Familiarity with Karbon, Hubdoc, Dext, or other document collection tools is a plus.
Passion for AI and learning new AI tools and implementing into business
Ability to work independently while contributing as part of a collaborative team.
Proactive approach to resolving issues and completing tasks.
Work Environment:

You have your own computer and Internet connection (this is a home-based position).
You are willing to work during U.K. business hours.
