About the Role
We’re hiring a Remote Account Manager / Campaign Strategist to take full ownership of client campaigns from initial strategy through continuous optimization.

This is not a typical account management role. You’ll be at the center of execution, performance, and client success working directly with data, teams, and clients to drive measurable results.

What You’ll Be Doing
Own Client Success
- Lead onboarding and campaign kickoffs with clarity and structure
- Translate client goals into actionable outbound strategies
- Run regular performance check-ins and strategic reviews
- Build long-term client relationships through results and communication

Drive Campaign Performance
- Define ICPs and targeting strategies
- Develop and refine cold calling scripts and messaging
- Use real campaign data and BDR feedback to improve outcomes
- Continuously test, iterate, and optimize outreach approaches

Collaborate Across Teams
- Guide BDR teams on messaging and targeting direction
- Work with data/list building teams to ensure quality lead inputs
- Partner with operations to improve processes and workflows
- Monitor campaigns closely and make timely adjustments

Turn Data Into Action
- Track and interpret key campaign metrics
- Deliver clear, structured updates to clients
- Provide recommendations that directly impact performance

What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of hands-on B2B cold calling experience
- 2+ years in Account Management, Client Success, or Campaign Management (B2B or lead gen preferred)
- Strong writing skills for outbound messaging and scripts
- Solid understanding of ICP development and outbound strategy
- Confident communicator who can lead client conversations
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns
- Comfortable working remotely with tools like HubSpot, Slack, Coda, Calendly, Nooks, Aircall, etc.
- Experience using AI tools to improve workflows is a plus

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: USD 1,500/month
- On-Target Earnings: Up to USD 2,000/month (performance-based)
- Fully remote role with a global team

Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Eastern Time)
