Job Overview
We are a growing nonprofit organization seeking a reliable, long-term tea
This is a very important role in our organization. You will be one of the first people our clients interact with, so strong communication skills and professionalism are essential.
We are looking for someone who is friendly, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable speaking with clients.
Work Schedule
Full-time (40 hours/week)
Must be available during U.S. Eastern Time (EST) hours
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with new and existing clients via
Manage client intake process (collecting and organizing information)
Guide clients through onboarding steps
Provide ongoing client support and follow-ups
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Assist with internal operations and administrative tasks
Help ensure smooth workflows across the team
Requirements
Excellent written and spoken English
Comfortable speaking with clients (voice calls may be required)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Attention to detail and ability to follow processes
Preferred
Experience with U.S. taxes or bookkeeping
Experience working with nonprofits
Background in customer service, virtual assistance, or operations
