We are a performance marketing agency based outside Atlanta, Georgia. We run paid search, SEO, paid social, programmatic, and web services for small and mid-sized businesses across the U.S. Our clients trust us to move their numbers, and staying close to their accounts is how we keep that trust.
We are hiring a Client Services Coordinator to help us stay close to every client.
What This Role Is
This is an entry-level, client-facing support role. You will start from the ground up. We will train you on our clients, our process, and our tools. As you grow, you will take on more ownership of the accounts you support.
You will not be running ad campaigns yourself. Your job is to keep our clients organized, informed, and well cared for. You are the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks and every client feels taken care of.
This is a role for someone who wants to learn and grow with an agency. What matters most to us is not what you already know, but your written and spoken English, your attention to detail, and your willingness to be taught.
What You Will Be Doing
Learn every account. Get to know the status, goals, deliverables, and open items for each client. Over time, you become the person who can speak to any account at a moment's notice.
Join client calls. Attend calls alongside the team, take clear and thorough notes in real time, and track every decision and action item.
Write call summaries and next steps. After each call, send a clean, well-written recap to the client covering what was discussed, what was d
Send finalized reports. Deliver monthly performance reports to clients once they have been reviewed and finalized internally, with a short, clear note framing the results.
Assemble client-facing materials. Put together decks, recaps, onboarding documents, and other materials that keep clients informed and confident.
Keep communication tight. Respond to client questions promptly, chase down answers internally, and make sure follow-ups actually get followed up on.
Be the connective tissue. Serve as the organized link between our specialists (search, social, SEO, web) and the client, so everyone stays aligned.
What We Are Looking For
Exceptional written English. Your emails and summaries read as polished, professional, and native-level. Grammar, tone, and clarity are second nature.
Exceptional spoken English. You are clear, confident, and easy to understand on live client calls with U.S. business owners.
Meticulous attention to detail. You catch the small things, keep accurate notes, and never let an action item slip.
Strong organization. You can hold the details of many clients in order at once and always know the current state of each.
Eager to learn. You are coachable, take feedback well, and want to build a career in client services. We will train you. You bring the willingness.
Proactive and reliable. You follow through without being chased and take real ownership of what you are given.
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience in digital marketing, an agency, or client services / account management.
Familiarity with paid search, SEO, paid social, or web projects. Enough to follow the conversation, not to execute it.
Comfort with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, project management software, and reporting dashboards.
