We’re looking for a Client & Sales Support VA who is confident, friendly, and enjoys speaking with people. If you have a positive personality, good energy, and feel comfortable communicating with clients over the phone or Zoom, we’d love to hear from you!

The Evacuation Map Store is a company in Northern America that is trained and specialized in creating emergency evacuation maps. Your main role will be to communicate with our North American clients and coordinate with our map team. Night-shift experience is preferred.

No Mapping Experience? That's Okay! FULL TRAINING will be provided.
You don't need previous experience with evacuation maps. What matters most to us is your communication skills, confidence, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. We’ll teach you our systems, processes, and everything you need to know to confidently assist our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Speaking with clients by phone or Zoom regarding their map details or revision requests
- Coordinating between the map team and clients to make sure requirements are clearly understood
- Scheduling calls between clients when needed
- Building a friendly and professional relationship with clients
- Keeping track of client requests and ensuring follow-ups are completed
- Using our systems and communication tools to keep information organized
- Following up with clients when additional clarification is needed
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication and coordination whenever the Senior Project Manager is unavailable

- Comfortable communicating over the phone or Zoom

- Professional and pleasant when dealing with customers
- A good listener who can understand and clarify client requests
- Organized and able to keep track of multiple conversations or follow-ups
- A team player who enjoys working with others
- Willing to learn and take initiative
