JOB OVERVIEW

Inside Sales Representative – Printing, Signage & Apparel (Philippines-Support)
Position Type: Work From Home

Focus: Telephone/virtual sales, lead qualification, order entry, client relationships for apparel, signage, graphics.
Products: Sublimation apparel, screen print apparel, DTF/DTG, business cards, flyers & mailers, floor graphics, wall graphics, vehicle/boat graphics, large format signage.

Who you are: A highly motivated inside sales rep with experience in B2B printing/apparel/graphics sales or willing to learn quickly. You’re comfortable on the phone, via video calls, handling leads and managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound leads (email, web-form, phone) and qualify prospects for production of apparel/signage/graphics.
Make outbound calls to warm leads and existing client base to cross-sell apparel, signage, vehicle/boat graphics, promotional graphics.

Prepare quotes, proposals, follow up until close.
Coordinate with production, graphic design, shipping teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
Use CRM to track leads, calls, pipeline, close rates.
Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets (close rate, average order size).
Provide excellent customer service to build repeat business.
Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
1-3 years inside sales experience (preferably in printing, signage, apparel decoration, promotional graphics)
Excellent phone, email and communication skills; ability to build relationships virtually.
Some knowledge or strong interest in apparel decoration (sublimation, screen print, DTF/DTG) and graphics/signage solutions.

Comfortable working from home in the Philippines or in a high-performance environment.
Experience using CRM is a plus; comfortable with quoting/order entry.
