JOB OVERVIEW

In this role you will be working with our Management Director, along with others in our Property Management, sales, and leasing divisions to receive inquiries from clients, vendors, and other tea ---------- mbers and answer questions, provide information, or direct inquiries to specialists. This is NOT a "I just answer the telephone and forward the call" job; it IS a hundred-email, thirty-phone-call, look-up-a-rent-balance-then-get-back-to-that-owner-and-touch-base-with-the-renewal-specialist-then-update-the-Appfolio-tenant-page-after-I-retag-those-forty-properties-and-asign-this-other-ticket-to-accounting kind of job.

DRG is a residential real estate brokerage focusing on the Minneapolis, MN market. DRG has three divisions: DRG Property Management, Sales, and Leasing. You will be working with our Property Management team.

The Client Relations Manager will facilitate all aspects of a fast growing property management and full-service real estate brokerage company in Minneapolis, MN. The Client Relations Manager will support the Property Management tea ---------- mbers by taking in inquiries from tenants, property owners, and vendors via email and phone call; addressing any issues that can be addressed; or assigning the issue to s specialist on the team. We believe that communication is the most important aspect of property management. Whether we are listing a property for rent, collecting rent, or corresponding with owners, the Client Relations Manager will be the lead communicator and voice of our organization.

Responsibilities

Own administrative tasks for office including organization, answering phones, and answering emails
Communicate with clients to answer regular questions
Coordinate with teammates to answer client questions within the parameters of the SLA
Act as the first point of contact for all client communications to the company
Qualifications

Always exhibits a professional demeanor with a positive attitude
Property management experience
Clear written and verbal communicator
Enthusiastic about helping people
