We are a professional U.S.-based tax office looking for a reliable and organized Virtual Assistant to help us reconnect with clients from last tax season and guide them through filing with us again this year.
This role focuses on warm client outreach, CRM management, and appointment scheduling using TaxNitro. No tax preparation is required.
We are looking for someone who communicates professionally, follows systems, and understands the importance of handling sensitive client information with care.

Key Responsibilities
• Reach out to previous tax clients using:
• TaxNitro CRM
• Text &
• Instagram &
• Use provided scripts to:
• Remind clients it’s time to file
• Answer basic non-technical questions
• Encourage clients to book or begin the filing process
• Schedule appointments when needed
• Update and maintain accurate client records in TaxNitro
• Track outreach, follow-ups, and responses
• Identify and flag clients ready to move forward
• Provide simple daily or weekly activity reports
• Respond professionally to inbound social media messages

Requirements
Required:
• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant
• Experience using a CRM (TaxNitro experience is a plus)
• Strong written English skills
• Professional, friendly, and confident communication style
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable following scripts and workflows
• Ability to work during U.S. business hours
• Reliable internet connection
Preferred (Not Required):
• Experience working with tax offices, financial services, or client retention
• Appointment scheduling experience
• Familiarity with social media inbox management (IG & FB)
• Understanding of client confidentiality and professionalism

This is a client support and re-engagement role working with warm leads only.

Schedule & Pay
• Pay: $1–$5 per hour (based on experience)
• Part-time to start
• Long-term opportunity for the right candidate
• Performance-based raises and additional hours available
