JOB OVERVIEW

Detailer Ads is a growing marketing agency that helps auto-detailing businesses across the United States generate more detailing and ceramic-coating customers.

We are hiring a full-time Client Operations VA to communicate with clients, coordinate our team, and ensure every request is completed quickly and correctly.

This is not a media-buying role. Your primary responsibility is keeping clients informed, organized, and supported.

COMPENSATION

• $600–$800 USD per month, depending on experience
• Paid through Wise
• Opportunity for performance bonuses and pay increases

WORKING HOURS

Monday–Sunday
9:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time

You must be comfortable working an overnight schedule in the Philippines and consistently being available during US business hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and respond to client messages in Slack
• Answer routine questions using our SOPs
• Keep clients updated on campaign and creative progress
• Collect ad-account access, payment information, videos, logos, offers, and other required assets
• Follow up with clients who have not submitted required information
• Create and assign tasks to the media buyer, editor, and other team members
• Follow up internally until every task is completed
• Check that campaigns, scripts, and videos are delivered on time
• Organize client channels, files, trackers, and onboarding information
• Send scheduled client updates using our templates
• Record client requests accurately so nothing is forgotten
• Identify frustrated or unresponsive clients early
• Immediately escalate performance complaints, cancellation requests, refunds, and serious issues
• Help improve our client-management systems and SOPs

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent written English
• Previous experience as a VA, project coordinator, account manager, or customer-support representative
• Professional and friendly client communication
• Extremely organized and attentive to detail
• Able to manage multiple client conversations and tasks simultaneously
• Able to follow SOPs without needing constant supervision
• Comfortable taking initiative and following up with people
• Fast response times during working hours
• Reliable computer and internet connection
• Willing to use time tracking during working hours
• Able to work US Pacific Time consistently
• Looking for a stable, long-term position
