JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a polished, reliable Client Operations VA who is strong in client communication, organisation, follow-through, and AI-assisted execution, with good confidence using modern business systems and digital tools.

This is not a basic admin-only role. We want someone who can help keep work organised, clients supported, and operations moving smoothly while using AI tools and software systems to improve speed, consistency, and quality.

Some opportunities may be immediate. Others may be future roles as we continue to grow.
