We are a fast-growing U.S.-based IT solutions company seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Client Operations Administrator to join our Operations team. In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Operations and fellow Client Operations Administrators to help coordinate our nationwide field service projects. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless communication between our clients, vendors, and field technicians while keeping daily operations organized, efficient, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Field Operations Support
- Work closely with the Director of Operations and fellow Client Operations Administrators to coordinate day-to-day field operations and support our nationwide field teams.
- Coordinate technician schedules, travel arrangements, field logistics, material procurement, service confirmations, and project communications.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and field technicians, escalating issues to the Director of Operations when appropriate.
- Monitor project progress, track deliverables, maintain accurate operational records, and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding items.

- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and gradually take on greater responsibility as you grow within the organization.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in administrative support, operations coordination, project coordination, or a similar role, preferably in a BPO, IT, telecommunications, construction, logistics, or field services environment.
- Experience with travel coordination, procurement, or concierge services is an advantage.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders with minimal supervision.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, with the confidence to communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and field technicians.
- Sound judgment with the ability to make decisions within established guidelines and escalate issues appropriately.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly and learn new systems.
- High level of professionalism, accountability, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern collaboration tools.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, distraction-free home office.
- Experience with Odoo ERP is a plus.
