We’re a fast-growing company working with business owners across the U.S., helping them access funding and scale their operations. We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Client Onboarding Specialist to own the onboarding experience and make sure every client starts strong.
This role is critical. You’ll be the bridge between the sale and delivery—making sure clients are organized, prepared, and fully set up for success.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll take full ownership of onboarding new clients from the
Collect and organize required client documents (IDs, financials, credit reports, etc.)
Follow up with clients to ensure nothing is missing or delayed
Walk clients through our systems, tools, and onboarding process
Help clients get fully set up (accounts, portals, credit monitoring, etc.)
Prepare clients for their next calls (what to expect, what they need ready, how to show up)
Communicate directly with clients via Zoom, phone, and
Coordinate internally with sales and operations teams
Track onboarding progress and keep everything updated in our CRM
Identify delays or issues early and proactively solve them
Ensure a smooth, professional, and high-quality client experience
What We’re Looking For
This is not an entry-level, passive role. We need someone proactive, confident, and organized.
Strong spoken and written English (non-negotiable)
Comfortable speaking directly with U.S.-based clients
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proactive—doesn’t wait to be told what to do
Able to manage multiple clients at once without dropping the ball
Tech-savvy (CRM systems, Google Drive, Zoom, etc.)
Reliable internet and quiet work environment
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience in onboarding, customer success, or account management
Experience working with U.S. clients
Familiarity with credit, lending, or financial services
Experience using tools like GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar CRMs
