We are seeking an experienced Client Onboarding Specialist (Funding Division) to join our team.
Job Description:
The Client Onboarding Specialist (Funding Division) will
-Guide new and returning clients through the Funding process.
-Double check accuracy of documentation, applications, and information submitted.
-Update CRM with new leads and client progress
-Send welcome
-Follow up on missing documents or signatures
-Schedule onboarding or funding calls
Weekly Tasks:
Track client progress through funding pipeline
Report on approved vs. pending applications
Utilize LinkedIn To Generate More Relationships With Business Banking Representatives.
Occasional Tasks:
Analyze Current Credit Repair Client Status To Check Funding Eligibility.
Help draft or update onboarding messages and FAQs

Requirements:
Excellent Attendance (non-negotiable requirement)
Proficient English/ accent reduction
Customer Service experience
Speaks & writes English with proper grammar
Stable internet connection & reliable computer with a functioning headset, and multiple monitors.
Low frequency of power outages
Ability to learn & adapt quickly to company changes
High energy, a positive mindset, and a hard work ethic
