JOB OVERVIEW

Position Summary
We are a U.S.-based immigration law firm seeking a Client Manager to join our remote team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, helping them understand our services, answering questions, screening for eligibility, sending contracts, and guiding clients through the onboarding process. This role combines client service with sales and comes with a competitive base salary plus a generous performance-based bonus structure.

Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years’ sales or client management experience with a proven record of closing deals
Basic knowledge of U.S. immigration (business or family-based preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive
Client-focused and professional
Willingness to learn and improve sales and client management skills

Responsibilities
Communicate with prospective immigration clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms
Answer questions and provide clear information about immigration services
Screen clients for eligibility for U.S. immigration benefits
Send contracts and guide clients through onboarding
Follow up consistently to help close deals and ensure client satisfaction
