JOB OVERVIEW

Client Growth Manager — DTC Apparel Marketing Agency (US Hours)

PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE DESCRIPTION OR YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED

Full-time | Remote | Must overlap US Eastern hours (approx. 9am–1pm ET / 9pm–1am PH minimum)

About us
We're a US-based marketing agency that works exclusively with direct-to-consumer clothing and apparel brands. We run paid ads (Meta and Google), email/SMS, ambassador programs, and UGC as one integrated growth system. We are growing and need a sharp, organized person to own our client relationships and keep every account on track.

What you'll do
You are the person who keeps each apparel client's growth on schedule and their paid ads profitable, week after week. Specifically:

- **Run the weekly review.** Pull each client's Meta and Google numbers, compare against their breakeven, and assess whether the account is healthy. Flag problems early.
- **Own the drop calendar.** Apparel brands launch product "drops." You make sure email/SMS flows are queued, creative is ready, and the media buyer has what they need, so nothing slips before a launch.
- **Be the client's main point of contact.** Weekly check-ins, clear updates, answering questions, handling the small things so they never become big things.
- **Check the media buyer's work.** You won't build campaigns, but you must catch when spend is off or performance is slipping and raise it before the client notices.
- **Escalate the right things.** Handle routine calls yourself using our playbook. Bring the real judgment calls to the founder, packaged and ready to d ---------- .

You must have
- **Strong English, written and spoken.** You'll be on client calls and writing client updates. Both need to be crisp. This is non-negotiable.
- **Comfort with ad numbers.** You can read a week of Meta data, understand a breakeven number, and check a buyer's work. You don't need to be a world-class buyer, but you must speak their language.
- **DTC apparel experience.** You already understand clothing brand funnels, offers, drop calendars, and email flows. We are not teaching the category from scratch.
- **Great judgment.** You know the difference between a decision you can make and one that needs to go up the chain. You ask instead of guessing.
- **Coordinator instinct.** Organized, calendar-driven, and you follow up without being chased.

**Nice to have**
- Hands-on Meta or Google Ads experience
- Direct experience inside or with a DTC clothing brand
- Experience managing a small team

**Hours & pay**
- Full-time, must reliably overlap US Eastern business hours (this is a hard requirement, not occasional)
- Pay range: **$650–$1,250/month** depending on experience and ad literacy

**How to apply**
In your reply, do three things:
1. Start your message with the word **APPAREL** so I know you read this.
2. Tell me about one DTC clothing brand you've worked with and what you specifically did.
3. Answer this: *A client wants to kill a campaign in the middle of a drop. The last 7 days of Meta data are below breakeven, but the drop launches in 3 days. What do you do?*

Applications that skip the question or give a generic answer will not be considered.
