JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on person who can own client delivery work across multiple clients. This is not a pure admin or project management role, you will be responsible for producing the work itself.

What you’ll do:
• Create and edit content for clients (social posts, captions, scripts, basic graphics, etc.)
• Edit videos to a clean, professional standard
• Complete weekly client deliverables on time and to a consistent quality
• Manage your own workload across several clients without constant supervision
• Follow our existing processes and improve them over time
• Communicate progress internally and flag any issues early

Who we’re looking for:
• Strong written English
• Experience creating content and/or editing videos
• Highly reliable and self-managed
• Comfortable switching between different clients and types of work
• Detail-oriented with good taste and quality standards
• Previous experience delivering real client work (freelance, agency, or VA roles) is a big plus

Tools:
You’ll work inside our existing systems (Google Workspace, project management tools, video editing software, etc.).
Training will be provided on our specific workflows.
