About Us:
We are partnering with a growing U.S.-based home care agency dedicated to delivering compassionate, reliable care to clients in their homes. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant Client Coordinator to join the team remotely from the Philippines as an Independent Contractor.
Role Overview:
As an Assistant Client Coordinator, you will support administrative and coordination functions related to client services, ensuring accurate documentation, system updates, and operational tracking. This role helps maintain continuity of services while reducing administrative burden on Client Managers and On-site Coordinators. The position requires working U.S. business hours to support real-time coordination and service efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Update client profiles and service records in home care systems (WellSky/Personal Care)
Assist with insurance eligibility checks and service documentation
Support follow-ups with client regarding service provided updates
Maintain service tracking reports and coordination logs
Assist with documentation organization and system maintenance
Coordinate administrative aspects of service adjustments
Prepare and maintain monthly reports regarding client updates and service issues
Support overall coordination processes to ensure continuity of care services
Phone intake for private paying clients, book in-person assessments
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Office Administration, or related field preferred
At least 1 year of experience in administrative coordination or healthcare/home care support
Familiarity with healthcare or home care documentation processes is preferred
Strong organizational and data management skills
Ability to manage multiple coordination tasks simultaneously
Able to work with minimal supervision
Experience with systems like WellSky or similar platforms is an advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work consistently during U.S. business hours
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
Commitment to being part of a small, growing remote team
Agrees to undergo HIPAA and Cybersecurity training
