JOB OVERVIEW

Promo Panda is a PR tech company helping professionals worldwide grow their brands and careers through media placement.
We’re looking for a Client Concierge to serve as the friendly, reliable first point of contact for our clients — answering calls, managing emails, and ensuring each client feels cared for and informed throughout their campaign.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys clear communication, structured processes, and helping others succeed. You’ll be working closely with our operations and marketing teams to make sure every client receives fast, professional, and empathetic support.

Core Responsibilities
• Answer inbound phone calls and emails from clients during U.S. business hours
• Log interactions and notes accurately in our CRM (we use Notion and Help Scout)
• Follow clear internal scripts and workflows to handle common client requests
• Escalate issues to the right tea ---------- mber when needed
• Support account setup, document collection, and scheduling for new clients
• Provide a warm, polished, and professional experience to every client
• Assist with light administrative tasks such as updating client files or confirming payments

Ideal Background
• Prior experience in customer service, client success, or front desk / virtual assistant roles
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Comfortable using tools like Help Scout, Notion, and Google Workspace
• Calm under pressure, organized, and attentive to detail
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for taking calls
• Bonus: experience in PR, marketing, or visa-related services
