JOB OVERVIEW

Main job focus will be to assist the other client care specialist with call patients that need to schedule initial evaluations from our lead generator list, and calling patients that have not scheduled follow up phsyical therapy appointments. This may entail, calling new leads for several days, and documenting when called and when they are scheduled. Another task, will be to use our EMR system to identify patients that have not been seen in physical therapy, and have not been discharged by the therapist (they are called Lost Patients), and try to contract them and try and get these patients to reschedule.
