Job Title: Client Advocate & Pre-Approval Success Manager
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Shift: US Business Hours 10:00AM - 6:00 PM (EST)
Role Overview
Are you a confident communicator who understands the "American Dream" of homeownership? We are looking for a high-energy Client Advocate to bridge the gap between a client’s current financial status and their new home. You won't just be "processing files"; you will be a strategic leader, a credit expert, and a motivational coach who ensures our clients cross the finish line to mortgage pre-approval.
Key Responsibilities
Credit & Real Estate Strategy: Guide clients through the complexities of US credit scoring and the real estate journey.
Task Execution: Proactively assist clients in completing specific tasks (document gathering, debt pay-downs, etc.) required for loan pre-approval.
Documentation Mastery: Maintain meticulous records of client accounts, ensuring every step of the journey is logged with precision.
Internal Leadership: Act as the "Quarterback" for the client’s file. Communicate clear needs to the internal team and hold all parties accountable to deadlines.
Client Relationship Management: Use your vibrant personality to build trust, overcome objections, and keep clients excited about their home-buying goals.
What We Are Looking For
Subject Matter Expertise: Proven experience in US Real Estate and/or Credit Repair/Improvement. You must understand how the FICO system works.
Linguistic Mastery: Exceptional English skills (both written and verbal). You should be able to communicate complex financial concepts simply and confidently.
Leadership DNA: You don't wait for instructions; you see a bottleneck and solve it. You are comfortable leading a team and managing client expectations.
Tech-Savvy & Well-Equipped: You must have a reliable, high-speed internet connection, a professional-grade headset, and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
Personality: You are empathetic yet firm. You have the "it" factor that makes clients feel supported and motivated.
Technical Requirements
Processor: Core i5 / Ryzen 5 or higher.
RAM: 8GB minimum (16GB preferred).
Internet: 25 Mbps minimum (with a backup power/internet solution).
Audio: Noise-canceling headset (e.g., Jabra, Plantronics, or Logitech).
