About the Role
We are hiring a Client Acquisition Specialist to help us find our first users and clients.
This is a full-time, outbound sales role focused on generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, and closing early deals.
You will play a key role in helping us gain traction, validate the market, and grow the business from the ground up.
What You’ll Work On

~ Reach out via cold calls,

Requirements
~ Experience in outbound sales or lead generation
~ Comfortable with cold outreach (calls,
~ Strong English communication (spoken and written)
~ Confident, persistent, and results-driven
~ Ability to work independently
~ Strong problem-solving mindset

~ Experience selling SaaS or recruitment services
~ Experience working with US or EU markets
~ Familiarity with CRM tools
~ Background in startups or early-stage companies
Compensation
~ Base salary: $500 – $1,000 USD per month (depending on experience)
~ Commission per closed deal
~ Performance-based bonuses
