About the Role

We are hiring a Client Acquisition Specialist to help us find our first users and clients.

This is a full-time, outbound sales role focused on generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, and closing early deals.

You will play a key role in helping us gain traction, validate the market, and grow the business from the ground up.

What You’ll Work On

~ Identify companies that are actively hiring
~ Reach out via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn
~ Generate and qualify leads
~ Pitch our solution clearly and confidently
~ Book calls or close deals
~ Handle objections and follow up consistently
~ Build and manage your own pipeline

Requirements

~ Experience in outbound sales or lead generation
~ Comfortable with cold outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn)
~ Strong English communication (spoken and written)

~ Strong problem-solving mindset

Nice to Have

~ Experience selling SaaS or recruitment services
~ Experience working with US or EU markets
~ Familiarity with CRM tools
~ Background in startups or early-stage companies

Compensation

~ Base salary: $500 – $1,000 USD per month (depending on experience)
~ Commission per closed deal
~ Performance-based bonuses

Work Setup

~ Fully remote
~ Full-time (40 hours per week)
~ Flexible, but availability for US/EU time zones is a plus
