Positions Available: 2 Openings (1 position: 4 days/week; 1 position: 3 days/week)
Compensation: $4.00 USD per hour, plus performance-based conversion incentives

About the Position

A Kind Heart Healthcare Services is looking for two highly motivated, confident, persistent, and results-driven Client Acquisition & Intake Specialists.

This person will manage prospective client inquiries received through our website chatbot, phone calls, emails, referrals, and other communication channels. The specialist will also proactively identify and contact potential clients, healthcare facilities, community partners, and referral sources. This is not a passive customer-service position; we need someone assertive who is comfortable taking initiative, following up consistently, overcoming hesitation, and professionally guiding prospective clients toward the next step.

Key Responsibilities

• Inquiry Management: Respond promptly to all inquiries (chatbot, phone, email, etc.) and maintain communication until the lead converts, declines, or is formally closed.
• Lead Generation: Proactively search for new leads through online research, healthcare networks, and referral partners. Conduct outbound outreach via calls and emails to build relationships.
• Intake & Qualification: Conduct initial intake, gather complete and accurate client details, determine eligibility, and coordinate assessments with the Care Manager.
• Pipeline Management: Own the lead pipeline in ---------- or designated CRMs. Document every interaction, update lead status, and track conversion metrics accurately.

Performance Incentive (Commission)
In addition to your $4.00/hr base rate, you are eligible for the following conversion incentive (paid every 14–15 days):

• 1–4 verified conversions: No incentive
• 5 verified conversions: $50
• 10 verified conversions: $100
• 15 verified conversions: $150
• 20 verified conversions: $200
• (Incentives increase by $50 for every additional five verified conversions.)

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in lead generation, sales, appointment setting, or client intake.
• Strong sales, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., ---------- , GoHighLevel) and communication tools (Dialpad).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable internet, computer, and headset in a quiet workspace.
