We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads & Lead Generation Specialist who understands how to generate qualified leads that convert into paying clients.
Role Overview
This is a performance-driven role focused on revenue growth. The ideal candidate understands SEO, Google Ads, sales psychology, and lead generation strategies that bring in qualified leads and convert them into booked services.
You will be responsible for improving online visibility, generating traffic, and turning that traffic into real patients.
Primary Objective
• Generate qualified leads that convert into completed paid services for GlowMD.
Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic
• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
• Optimize campaigns and pages for cost per lead and conversions
• Improve landing pages and website conversion rates
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking
• Implement retargeting campaigns
• Analyze marketing data and continuously improve performance
• Develop strategies to turn website traffic into booked services
Requirements
• Proven experience in SEO and Google Ads
• Strong understanding of lead generation and online sales funnels
• Experience increasing website traffic and conversions
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns
• Knowledge of conversion optimization and landing pages
• Strong communication and strategic thinking
• Experience in healthcare, wellness, aesthetics, or local service marketing is a plus
Compensation
Base Pay:
• $7 per hour
Phase 1 Bonus:
• $15 per completed paid service generated from your campaigns
• Monthly bonus cap: $1,000
Upgrade Opportunity (After 3 Months of Hitting Cap):
• $7/hour base
• $10 per completed service
• + 3% revenue after the first 50 services
KPIs
• Increased organic website traffic
• Decreasing cost per lead
• Increasing lead-to-client conversion rates
• Positive ROI from marketing campaigns
• Consistent qualified lead generation
