We're looking for a Financial Translator who takes pride in accuracy, communicates proactively, and genuinely enjoys doing great work. This is a long-term role for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable communicating with U.S.-based teams and clients.

What You'll Be Doing
Categorizing transactions with consistency and accuracy
Reconciling bank and credit card accounts
Reviewing your own work before it's considered complete
Identifying discrepancies and investigating what doesn't look right
Keeping your team informed of progress, questions, and roadblocks
Managing multiple clients while consistently meeting deadlines
Participating in weekly meetings and ongoing training

Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
Experience with QuickBooks Online
Ability to reconcile bank and credit card accounts
Understanding of basic accounting principles
Strong English communication
Comfortable working U.S. time zones
Reliable internet and dedicated workspace
Experience with Slack and Google Workspace
