Hey! My name is Cristian. I am currently running a cleaning company, and we are looking to expand our team by hiring another office manager to take over the current off days. We are strictly looking for someone who can work weekends and either Monday or Friday. Please do not reach out if you cannot work those days, or are incapable of working 10-hour shifts (with multiple breaks, of course!)
We're looking for someone who is:
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Very fluent in English (speaking and writing)
- Organized and great at juggling multiple responsibilities
- Can work EST hours
- Wants to grow long-term with our team
- Comfortable using software and learning new systems
- Able to work independant
- Has 6+ months of experience in cleaning or cleaning adjacent fields
- Your 5 Core Responsibilities:
1. Cleaning Logistics & Coordination
- Schedule and organize cleaners for upcoming jobs
- Track cleaner availability and assignments
- Ensure all scheduled cleans are covered and running smoothly
2. Customer Communication & Retention
- Answer the office line during business hours
- Send cleaning reminders to customers
- Follow up after cleans for feedback and reviews
- Handle customer questions and concerns professionally
- Build relationships that keep customers coming back
3. Hiring & Staffing
- Interview Potential Cleaners in English
- Outreach on
- Onboard New Providers
4. Office Management
- Manage payroll for cleaning staff
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks
- Keep records organized and up to date
5. Inbound Sales
- Taking clients from lead intake all the way to scheduling
- Preferably having ThumbTack, LSA, Meta, or Yelp experience.
- Quick response times
You MUST be comfortable with:
- Google Drive (for organization & file management)
- Speaking fluently with customers in English
- Phone communication and customer service
- Managing schedules and coordinating multiple people
- Staying organized with many moving parts
- Cleaning company operations
Bonus if you have experience with:
