Job Overview

We are a growing U.S.-based cleaning company looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Virtual Assistant from the Philippines to manage daily operations, handle inbound leads, follow up with past customers, and help us grow.

This is not just a basic VA role. You will be responsible for booking jobs, keeping the schedule full, and helping generate new business.

What You’ll Do

Inbound Lead Handling

* Answer inbound calls, texts, and messages
* Handle leads from Google Guarantee (LSA), Google Search, Google Maps, Facebook Ads, and Thumbtack
* Respond quickly during business hours
* Convert leads into booked jobs

Scheduling and Dispatch

* Schedule cleaning appointments and manage the calendar
* Dispatch cleaning crews and confirm job details
* Send confirmations and reminders
* Handle reschedules and customer support

Recurring Customer Growth

* Follow up with past customers to rebook services
* Turn one-time customers into recurring clients (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)
* Help keep the schedule full

Outbound Sales

* Call local businesses, offices, and property managers to offer cleaning services
* Reach out to potential clients for commercial cleaning
* Track outreach and follow up

Admin and Payments

* Send estimates and job details
* Collect and process payments
* Keep CRM updated and organized

Hiring Support

* Help interview and onboard cleaners
* Assist with hiring additional VAs if needed

What You Need

* Experience with cleaning companies or home service businesses
* Experience handling leads from Google, Facebook, or Thumbtack
* Comfortable with phone calls and sales
* Experience with cold calling is a plus
* Strong English communication skills
* Experience with scheduling, dispatching, and CRM systems
* Organized, reliable, and able to multitask

Compensation and Schedule

* $500/month base pay
* $250/month performance bonus
* Total: $750/month
* Salary increases based on performance and time with the company
* Holiday Time Off, Holiday Bonuses & Quarterly Bonuses
* Paid Time Off available after probation period

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST
Includes a 1-hour lunch break and two 15-minute breaks

Performance Bonus Requirements

To earn the $250 bonus, you must:

* Respond to new leads within 2 minutes during your shift
* Maintain at least a 70% booking rate
* Maintain a 90% show rate
* Follow up with all unbooked leads for at least 3 days
* Help convert customers into recurring services
* Collect payment the same day when possible
* Maintain good communication and attendance

Probation Period

There is a 30-day probation period. Performance, attendance, and communication will be evaluated. PTO and long-term eligibility begin after successful completion.
