JOB OVERVIEW

READ THIS FIRST: You must have hired, screened, or onboarded house cleaners for a US cleaning or maid service company. General recruiting experience is not enough for this role.

ABOUT THE JOB

We are a US residential cleaning company operating in over 50 cities. Our growth is limited by one thing: not enough cleaners. Your job is to fix that.

WHAT YOU WILL DO EVERY DAY
- Post and refresh cleaner job ads on Indeed, Facebook groups, Craigslist, and our own job board
- Screen every applicant by text and phone: experience, transportation, availability, background
- Run first interviews and score candidates against our checklist
- Walk approved cleaners through onboarding: paperwork, ID, signed agreement, insurance documents, app setup
- Keep a live bench of ready cleaners in every city so we never have to turn down a job
- Report weekly on applicants, interviews, approved, and active

HOW WE MEASURE YOU
- Approved cleaners onboarded per week
- Days from application to first completed job
- Number of cities with an empty bench. Target is zero.

REQUIREMENTS
- 2 or more years recruiting, screening, or onboarding house cleaners for a US cleaning company
- You know what actually disqualifies a cleaner applicant and you can spot it on the first call
- Strong spoken and written English, comfortable calling US based applicants
- Organized and persistent. Most cleaner applicants go quiet. You follow up anyway.
- Reliable computer, backup internet, and a quiet place to take calls

SCHEDULE
Full time, 40 hours per week, US Eastern Time.
PAY
$700 to $1,000 USD per month based on experience, plus $20 USD for every cleaner who completes their first job. Paid twice monthly through Wise or Payoneer.

HOW TO APPLY
Do all four of these. Applications missing any of the four will not be read.
1. Use this exact subject line: I fill seats - [your name]
2. Name the cleaning company you recruited for, how long you were there, and roughly how many cleaners you brought on.
3. Give me the three most common reasons a cleaner washes out in their first two weeks, and how you catch each one during screening.
4. Record a 2 minute voice message. A free Vocaroo link is fine. Screen me as if I just applied to be a cleaner. Ask me the 5 questions you think matter most.

We reply to every complete application within 3 business days.
