Now, we’re looking for a Clay.com Expert to join us and take our lead research, validation, and enrichment to the next level.

What You'll Be Doing
As our Clay.com Specialist, you will own the lead generation and enrichment pipeline from raw data to outreach-ready contact. Your main responsibilities will include:

Scraping lead data from Apollo.io (based on ideal customer profiles and search parameters)
Creating dynamic Clay.com workbooks that clean, validate, enrich, and personalize lead data
Integrating data sources (e.g., LinkedIn, Hunter, Clearbit, Dropcontact, etc.) into Clay workflows
Writing and managing personalization fields (like job-specific icebreakers, location tags, tech stacks, etc.)
Identifying and flagging invalid or low-quality leads and continuously refining the process for better data
Collaborating with the outreach team to ensure lead quality matches campaign goals
Troubleshooting broken automations, duplicate records, and enrichment issues

What We're Looking For
? Deep Clay.com expertise — You’ve built multiple robust automations using Clay, and you know how to make it sing. You understand workbooks, tables, enrichments, APIs, and integrations inside and out.
? Strong Apollo.io skills — You know how to extract highly targeted lead lists with the right filters, tags, and exclusions.
? Fluent English communication — You’ll be expected to understand briefs, respond clearly, and write notes or filters in English.
? Availability — 6–8 hours per day with at least 50% of those hours overlapping with EST (New York time).
? Detail-oriented mindset — You understand how crucial data cleanliness and personalization are to cold outreach performance.
? Self-starter — You’re someone who doesn’t need to be micromanaged. You’re resourceful, fast, and reliable.

Bonus if you have experience with:
Smartleads.ai
Airtable
N8N or Make
B2B cold email strategy or outbound sales
