JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Claude AI Technical Specialist who has hands-on, real-world experience deploying Claude AI solutions for businesses. This is NOT an entry-level position. We require demonstrated, verifiable experience using Claude (paid/professional tier) to solve business problems, automate workflows, and deliver measurable outcomes for companies.
You will be responsible for designing, building, and managing AI-powered workflows, automations, and integrations using Claude as the core engine. You must be able to articulate what you built, why it worked, and what results it produced

Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement Claude AI-powered workflows, automations, and integrations for business use cases.
* Build and optimize prompts, prompt chains, and multi-step AI pipelines for reliable, production-grade outputs
* Integrate Claude via API into business tools (CRMs, helpdesks, internal dashboards, communication platforms)
*Identify automation opportunities within client or company operations and propose AI-driven solutions
*Document processes, prompt logic, and deployment architecture clearly for team handoff
*Monitor AI outputs for quality, accuracy, and performance; iterate and improve continuously
*Train and guide non-technical tea ---------- mbers on how to use and interact with AI tools effectively
*Stay current with Claude model updates, new capabilities, and Anthropic product releases

Technical Skills:
Claude AI & Prompt Engineering
•Advanced prompt engineering: system prompts, few-shot examples, chain-of-thought, XML structuring
•Experience with Claude's API (claude-sonnet, claude-opus model families)
•Knowledge of context window management and multi-turn conversation design
•Ability to evaluate and compare Claude model versions for specific tasks

Integrations & Automation
•API integration experience
•Automation platforms
•Familiarity with tools like Hubspot, Salesforce etc.

Technical Foundations
•Comfortable working with JavaScript, Python, or no-code platforms to connect Claude to business tools
•Ability to read and write basic scripts for API calls, data parsing, and output formatting
•Understanding of data privacy, prompt injection risks, and responsible AI deployment
