Ongoing part-time role maintaining and improving our Claude AI setup (Cowork, skills, scheduled tasks, MCP). Looking for a tidy, technical specialist with strong English.
ABOUT US
Tama Group is a property development and tenant advisory business. We're based in Indonesia but operate in English. The founder uses Claude (Anthropic's AI system) as the engine behind a lot of daily work — drafting, research, workflow automation, document review, meeting prep.
Over the past several months we've built out a substantial Claude setup: Cowork workspace, custom skills, scheduled tasks, MCP connectors, and a memory system. It's powerful, but it's getting messy. Skills overlap, automations accumulate, memory gets stale, and nobody owns the hygiene.
That's the role.
THE ROLE
You'll be the person who keeps our Claude operating system clean, well-documented, and continuously improving. This is NOT a one-off build project — it's an ongoing relationship. We're looking for someone who thinks in systems, documents their work, and is allergic to sprawl.
Typical monthly work includes:
1. MAINTENANCE (ongoing)
- Audit what's running — scheduled tasks, skills, connectors, memory files
- Prune anything stale, redundant, or broken
- Keep naming conventions and documentation consistent
- Maintain a change log so we always know what's changed and why
2. IMPROVEMENT (as needs emerge)
- Build new skills and automations for specific workflows (tenant communications, deal review, market monitoring, meeting prep, etc.)
- Improve existing automations based on how they're actually used
- Set up new MCP connectors as we add tools
3. STEWARDSHIP (continuous)
- Stay current with Claude's capabilities and flag new features worth adopting
- Recommend small improvements proactively
- Respond to questions about our setup when asked
REQUIREMENTS — MUST HAVE
- Hands-on experience with Claude specifically. Not "ChatGPT and AI in general" — Claude. You should know what Cowork, skills, MCP servers, the Agent SDK, and scheduled tasks are, and ideally have built with them. If you have strong AI automation fundamentals and are new to some of these specific Claude features, tell us — we're open to the right person who learns fast.
- Strong written English — clear, concise, professional. You'll be documenting systems and writing briefs.
- Organized, systematic way of working. You keep your own work tidy.
- Ability to explain technical work in plain language.
- At least one example of a Claude or AI automation setup you've built and then maintained over time (not just a one-off demo).
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with Python or JavaScript (for custom MCP servers and more complex skills)
- Familiarity with n8n, Make, or Zapier
- Background in ops, IT, or technical support roles
- Interest in property / real estate / small business operations
WORKING ARRANGEMENT
- Part-time, starting at approximately 15 hours per week. Rate is $15–$20/hr depending on experience.
- Async-first. Weekly check-in via chat or video.
- Timezone flexible — we're in Indonesia (WIB/UTC+7).
- Paid monthly via OnlineJobs.ph's standard methods.
- 30-day trial period, then open-ended ongoing.
