We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our team in assisting U.S. Veterans with the preparation and processing of their VA disability claims. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep sense of empathy and respect for Veterans.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in gathering, organizing, and reviewing documentation needed for claims.
• Draft, edit, and format personal statements, buddy letters, and medical evidence summaries.
• Maintain accurate records of client files and claim progress.

• Provide administrative support as needed (data entry, scheduling, follow-ups).
Requirements:
• Previous experience in VA disability claims processing or legal/medical administrative support preferred.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive/confidential information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
• Empathy, patience, and a commitment to serving Veterans.
• Can work night shifts to follow multiple U.S time zones.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with VA forms (21-526EZ, 21-4138, 21-2680, etc.).
• Experience drafting letters, summaries, or medical support documents.
• Background in Admin, customer service, medical, or claims support roles.
Work Hours:
• 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week.
