Position Summary
The Civil Engineering Project Manager provides leadership and coordination for civil engineering design and construction management (CE&I) projects. This role requires strong project planning, scheduling, and communication skills. The successful candidate will oversee technical performance, team coordination, and project profitability while ensuring compliance with quality and client standards.
This position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and collaborates closely with U.S.-based project managers, design engineers, and inspectors.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage multiple civil and transportation infrastructure projects simultaneously, from planning through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and deliverables using Microsoft Project, Excel, and Power BI.
• Lead document control and data organization in SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
• Prepare, update, and monitor project WIP reports and schedule forecasts.
• Implement PMI Project Management standards and ensure adherence to SARCOR’s internal QA/QC procedures.
• Coordinate with internal tea
• Use ArcGIS to track project assets, prepare maps, and visualize project progress.
• Support field teams and inspectors by coordinating CE&I documentation, daily reports, and project closeout deliverables.
• Conduct data-driven analysis of project performance using Power BI dashboards.
• Report regularly to leadership on project progress, challenges, and risk mitigation strategies.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in civil design or construction management.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project, Power BI, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Working knowledge of ArcGIS (mapping, data visualization, or spatial analysis).
• Demonstrated ability to plan, track, and complete multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with PMI-based project management principles and documentation practices.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• High level of organization, discipline, and accountability in a remote environment.
• Must have access to reliable internet and a suitable work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Autodesk Civil 3D, Bluebeam, or similar design and review tools.
• Prior involvement in municipal, roadway, aviation, or CE&I projects.
• Certification in Project Management (CAPM or PMP) preferred.
• Experience working with U.S.-based clients or engineering firms.

• Must meet weekly task and project deadlines as assigned by the COO or Project Manager.
• Must maintain confidentiality and protect proprietary company and client information.
• Must participate in regular virtual meetings and project briefings.

Work Schedule & Location
• Full-Time, Remote (Philippines-based)
• Schedule: Aligned with U.S. Central Time Zone (Birmingham, Alabama) for overlap in meetings and coordination.
