THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Church Partnerships & Sales Representative who is confident owning the entire sales conversation — from first outreach to closing the deal.
This role is for someone who:
Enjoys real conversations
Is comfortable asking for commitment
Can clearly explain value
Wants to sell something they genuinely believe in
You will prospect, present, follow up, and close church partners onto our platform.
This is not a “book meetings and pass them off” role. You’ll be trusted to guide churches through the full decision process with integrity, clarity, and care.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Reach out to church leaders through
Lead discovery conversations to understand church needs
Clearly explain the platform and how it helps churches
Answer questions and handle objections honestly
Guide interested churches toward a confident decision
Close new church partnerships
Keep accurate notes and deal stages in our CRM
Collaborate closely with the founder on strategy and messaging
Represent the company and mission with professionalism and humility

You’re likely a great fit if you:
Are a Born Again Christian and active in a church community
Are comfortable selling and asking for a decision
Communicate clearly in spoken and written English
Can build trust quickly and maintain it
Are organized and consistent with follow-up
Are coachable and open to feedback
Want a role where performance and integrity both matter
Experience that helps (but isn’t required):
Sales, account executive, or closing experience
Call center or BPO sales background
Church administration or ministry exposure
SaaS, services, or subscription sales

LOCATION NOTE
Preferred location is Manila, Philippines, ideally Makati District.
My family lives in Manila, and this is where we plan to establish our future office.
