THE ROLE

We're hiring full-time Short-Form Video Editors to join our growing creative team. You'll be editing high-energy short-form videos from raw footage we provide, following our creative direction and style guidelines for each client.

This is a long-term position with consistent work every week - not a one-off gig.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) from raw footage
- Follow creative direction, checklists, and client style guidelines closely
- Deliver clean, engaging edits on fast turnarounds with consistent deadlines
- Apply client and reviewer feedback quickly and accurately
- Communicate proactively with the team about your progress

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Strong experience editing short-form video (this matters most - show us your work)
- Proficient in CapCut (a big plus) and/or Premiere Pro
- A great eye for pacing, hooks, captions, sound design, and transitions
- Reliable internet connection and your own computer with editing software
- Detail-oriented - you follow checklists and get the details right
- Fast, coachable, and hungry to improve
- Shares our Christian values and our positive, encouraging team culture

PAY AND SCHEDULE

- Hourly rate based on experience - tell us your minimum desired rate below
- Full-time, 35-40 hours per week, remote (Philippines-based)
- Paid weekly
- Long-term position with room to grow (our top editors earn viral performance bonuses)
