Are you an experienced Virtual Assistant with a background in chiropractic offices? We’re looking for a highly skilled, organized, and creative professional to help us grow our practice through Google SEO, content creation, lead generation, and appointment setting.

We are a growing, wellness-focused chiropractic clinic dedicated to improving lives through holistic health and expert care. We're looking for someone who understands the chiropractic field and can communicate its value clearly and effectively to potential patients.

? Key Responsibilities:
Google SEO: Optimize website content, blog posts, and Google Business Profile for local search ranking and visibility.

Content Creation: Write blog articles, newsletters, and social media posts that educate and engage prospective chiropractic patients.

Lead Generation: Implement strategies to attract, nurture, and convert leads through email funnels, landing pages, and organic outreach.

Appointment Setting: Respond to inbound inquiries via email or social media, follow up with leads, and schedule new patient appointments efficiently.

Social Media Management: Engage our community and drive traffic through Instagram, Facebook, and Google.

???? Requirements:
Proven experience working with a chiropractic office or similar healthcare business

Strong understanding of Google SEO best practices

Content writing skills with knowledge of patient education and wellness topics

Experience with lead funnels, CRMs (like HubSpot or GoHighLevel), and email marketing

Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
