JOB OVERVIEW

We are an international trading company based in Dubai working with branded tools, home improvement products and consumer goods.

We are looking for a China sourcing specialist who speaks Chinese and knows how to find manufacturers beyond Alibaba.

The goal of this position is to identify reliable factories in China, negotiate pricing and help us develop private label products.

This is a long-term position with high sourcing volume.

Responsibilities

Your tasks will include:

• Searching manufacturers on 1688, Alibaba, Made-in-China, and Chinese platforms or any other asian country.
• Using Chinese search tools (Baidu, WeChat, etc.) to identify factories
• Contacting factories in Chinese
• Negotiating prices and MOQ
• Comparing suppliers and preparing sourcing reports
• Organizing product samples
• Helping develop private label products

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

• Speaks Chinese and English
• Has experience sourcing products in China
• Knows how to use ----------
• Can identify real factories vs trading companies
• Is organized and comfortable handling large research tasks
- Have knowledge in transport and custums.

Preferred experience:

• Private label sourcing
• Negotiation with factories
• Product development

Performance bonuses possible.
