JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a long-term Product Sourcing & Supplier Coordinator to help us find the best manufacturers and manage communication with our suppliers in China.

This role is more than just sourcing products. You will also be responsible for communicating with our suppliers, following up on production, reviewing product photos and samples, and making sure the final product meets our quality standards.

Responsibilities

* Find the best manufacturers for new products.
* If we send you a competitor's product or photo, identify the best factory capable of producing it.
* Source products using Alibaba, 1688, Global Sources, Made-in-China, factory networks, trade shows, and other sourcing methods.
* **Communicate with our suppliers daily through WeChat, Alibaba, WhatsApp, or email.**
* Follow up on production schedules and delivery timelines.
* Review product photos and samples to ensure they match our designs and quality expectations.
* Identify issues with fabrics, stitching, materials, colors, hardware, sizing, or construction and communicate required changes to suppliers.
* Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and production timelines when needed.
* Keep us updated on supplier progress and recommend the best manufacturing options.

## Requirements

* Experience sourcing products from China.
* Strong understanding of clothing, fabrics, footwear, bags, and product quality.
* Able to identify quality issues from photos and samples.
* Excellent written English.
* Comfortable communicating professionally with Chinese suppliers.
* Highly organized and detail-oriented.
