JOB OVERVIEW

The Role
We're a property investment and business education content company producing high volumes across multiple formats. We'll film everything and you'll edit everything, with same-day or next-day turnaround.

Your job is not just cutting footage together. It is storytelling through editing. We send you raw footage that contains the message, and your job is to make that message land as clearly, concisely, and compellingly as possible. That means stripping out every um, every repeated phrase, every ---------- nt of stumbling, and shaping what remains into something that hooks a viewer in the first second and holds them until the last. Think Alex Hormozi, Iman Gadzhi, Samuel Leeds. Professional, premium, engaging, never brain-rot. The edit should enhance the message, not distract from it.

If you understand the psychology of why viewers scroll, why they stay, and how pacing, cuts, and visual cues keep attention, this role is for you.

What You'll Edit
- Podcast episodes (full-length and clips with jump cuts, captions, B-roll, dynamic zooms)
- Short-form (Reels, TikTok, Shorts with strong hooks, captions, transitions)
- Facebook ad creatives (direct response with hooks, pattern interrupts, CTAs)
- YouTube long-form (10-30 min educational videos with graphics, lower thirds, retention editing)
- Cinematic real estate videos (drone footage, walk-throughs, colour grading, music sync)
- Everything else the production schedule demands

What You Need

- Expert in Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve, good knowledge of After Effects
- Ability to take raw, unpolished footage and cut it into a tight, compelling narrative with zero filler. If you have used tools like Descript for AI-assisted cleanup (removing dead air, repeated words, filler sounds), that is a plus, but the skill matters more than the tool.
- Experience editing property/real estate video content including drone footage
- Strong understanding of Hormozi/Gadzhi/Samuel Leeds style editing, pacing for retention, and what makes viewers stay vs scroll
- Reliable 4K-capable machine and fast internet
- AI editing tool experience (Higgsfield, Runway, CapCut AI, Descript) is a strong plus
