## Technology Strategy & Leadership

* Develop and execute Keyland Group’s technology roadmap
* Identify opportunities to improve business efficiency through technology

## CRM Development & Management

* Build, customize, and manage Keyland Group’s CRM platform
* Develop sales pipelines and customer workflows
* Create automation for lead management and customer onboarding
* Build reporting dashboards for leadership
* Integrate CRM with business systems
* Maintain customer data security and accuracy

## Website & Digital Platform Management

* Manage and improve Keyland Group websites
* Develop landing pages and customer portals
* Improve website performance, SEO, and user experience
* Manage integrations, forms, and online applications
* Troubleshoot technical issues

## Application Development

* Build internal business applications
* Create employee tools and dashboards
* Develop customer self-service solutions
* Automate repetitive business processes
