Overview
We are seeking a highly capable and results-driven Head of Marketing (Fractional CMO level) based in the Philippines to lead and execute our global marketing strategy.
This role is ideal for a senior marketing professional who can operate strategically while remaining hands-on. You will work directly with the CEO to build structured, scalable marketing systems that drive revenue — without the overhead of a large internal team.
This is a remote contractor position with performance-based upside.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement a clear quarterly marketing roadmap aligned with revenue goals.
Define positioning, messaging, and key differentiators.
Identify cost-effective growth opportunities and prioritize high-ROI initiatives.
Demand Generation & Lead Growth
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.).
Improve funnel conversion rates and landing page performance.
Oversee
Focus on measurable ROI and efficient spend.
Brand & Content Execution
Oversee website messaging and content strategy.
Coordinate social media,
Work with designers and contractors to produce marketing assets.
Systems & Reporting
Implement dashboards to track KPIs and marketing performance.
Optimize CRM and automation workflows.
Provide weekly and monthly performance reporting to leadership.
Team & Vendor Coordination
Manage freelancers, media buyers, designers, and copywriters as needed.
Build simple, scalable SOPs to improve marketing operations.
Requirements
6–10+ years of marketing experience.
Proven experience driving measurable growth in a small or mid-sized business.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing and funnel optimization.
Experience working remotely with international teams.
Excellent English communication skills.
Data-driven and ROI-focused mindset.
Preferred:
Experience in SaaS, AI, healthcare, or technology industries.
Experience marketing to Australian, US, or UK markets.
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, GoHighLevel, ClickUp, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
Compensation & Structure
Remote contractor position (Philippines-based).
Flexible structure: Full-time or fractional (30–40 hours per week).
